Notes Kim was blown away the first time she sipped a Panamanian brew. So nutty, clean, sweet, layered. The flavour profile will change as the cup temperature changes and this coffee is very enjoyable at all temperature levels.
Located on the site of extinct pre-Colombian Barriles culture, these coffee shrubs are sheltered by native forests. Four generations of the Yanguez family have cared for their fincas, nurturing their bourbon and caturra coffee varieties. Their coffee is sun dried during the first phase with final touches in driers.
