After countless espresso tasting sessions (and so many shots they could hear colour), Bluebarn realized it had found a winning espresso in a blend of thirds. This blend changes with the seasons. Right now, it's made up of nearly equal parts Brazilian, Ethiopian and Guatemalan coffees.
Bluebarn roasts the beans from each region separately to bring out their unique characteristics before combining them into the Trifecta Espresso. Smooth and balanced, with fruity and floral notes, this espresso is a killer any way you want to make it, from a ristretto to a latte. The fun is in deciding how to drink it.
