Francesco’s uses a light roasting technique on these beans of exceptional origin to showcase their floral qualities. The vibrant and distinct flavour of the resulting coffee is characteristic of high-altitude varietals. Altitude tends to imbue coffees with bright effervescent snap, gentle sweetness, and an appealing medium body—and this Peruvian light roast is no exception. Never overpowering, it remains complex and intriguing, partly because its brightness is not dimmed by an overly aggressive roast.
